This Shift Policy Management definately helps you to define working shifts in your company and do the follow-up job concerning with your previously defined shifts.
This module support you with
- Ability to freely create and customize more than one shift.
- Ability to define Duty In/Out Time, Early OT, OT, Late start time, Early Out and Breaktime for each shift.
- Assigning more than one shift (multiple shifts) to one
employee.
- Managing and changing shifts for each employee
by daily,
weekly or monthly using duty roster.
- Including Auto-shift feature (auto defining shift for
an employee based on IN TIME when the employee's shift is not explicitly defined).
